📋 What you will do

• Process incoming traffic and convert leads into target actions (FD/RD)
• Meet KPIs and push the lead database daily, including re-engaging past contacts
• Handle objections using both established scripts and creative approaches
• Test new approaches in collaboration with the team
• Maintain clear and accurate reporting

✅ What we expect

• 6–12 months of experience in scheme traffic, investment projects, or promotional verticals
• Deep understanding of the niche and ability to handle difficult leads
• High level of engagement and focus on performance-based income
• Availability to work from 07:00 to 19:00 Moscow time
