📋 What you will do

  • Engage with inbound contact forms, web chats, and emails to qualify prospects
  • Educate prospects about impact.com technology and its 3 core SKUs
  • Work closely with Account Executives, Demand Generation, and Marketing Ops to build pipeline
  • Track and manage prospects using Salesforce, Outreach, and Sales Navigator
  • Schedule high-impact meetings with potential leads for Account Executives
  • Provide market and product feedback to drive business development strategy

What we expect

  • Experience in a customer-facing service industry (retail, telesales, real estate, etc.)
  • Confident and courteous verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, hungry, humble, and passionate about marketing & technology
  • Eagerness to gain experience across sales, marketing, product, and finance functions

🎁 What we offer

  • Salary: $58,500 per year
  • Variable Commission Plan: up to $18,000 contingent on performance
  • Eligible to receive Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grants
