This is a role where you are not just closing deals — you are building the provider’s partner network. In crash games, every connected operator means new players, new turnover, and a stronger reputation in the market. Therefore, the speed of our growth directly depends on whom you bring in and how you build relationships.
__Who you will work with__
You will work closely with the sales, product, and marketing teams. For us, BD is not a “separate island”: you directly connect the market and the product through partnerships and feedback.
__Areas of influence__
**Partnerships and deals**
– Search for and onboard new partners: operators, platforms, aggregators
– Participate in negotiations and manage deals from first contact to launch
– Develop and maintain long-term partner relationships
– Work in international markets, search for new regions for expansion
**Funnel and analytics**
– Manage your own funnel: activities, conversions, results
– Basic analytics for your area: what works, what doesn’t, where we are growing
– Transparent tracking of work
**Internal interaction**
– Work in tandem with sales, product, and marketing
– Provide feedback to the product team: what the market is asking for, what is missing in the offer
– Participate in shaping positioning and materials for partners
__It will be a match if you have__
– 2+ years of experience in an iGaming provider (critical — industry specifics are important)
– Experience in Business Development / Partnerships / Sales
– Your own contact base: operators, aggregators, partners
– Understanding of iGaming specifics: how integrations work, the roles of the parties, and the decision-making process at operators
– Experience managing deals from lead to signing
– Experience working with a funnel and basic analytics — you understand where and why deals drop off
– English B1–B2 for international communication
– Proactivity and independence — you do not wait for leads, you look for them yourself
– Results orientation and responsibility for your area
__Will be a plus__
– Experience launching partnerships from scratch in a new company or in a new market
– Understanding of the crash segment and the specifics of selling it
– Network among C-level operators and aggregators
__Focus for the first 3 months__
– **Month 1**: immersion in the product and offer in parallel with active client search. Audit of your own base for Vortex, first contacts and deals in progress already from the first month
– **Month 2**: scaling the pipeline, negotiations across several directions, first signed partnerships, building the funnel
– **Month 3**: stable flow of new partners, predictable pipeline for the next quarter, probation period review and discussion of further development
