📌 What you will do:

— Hunt new partners: webmasters, advertisers, affiliate teams, app/dev projects;

— Develop partners from the first message to stable volumes and long-term cooperation;

— Launch and scale ad campaigns in various verticals;

— Work with gambling, dating, cam/adult, apps, subscriptions, and video pre-roll traffic;

— Analyze results, look for growth points, and strengthen working setups;

— Work with trackers, analytics, and the in-house team;

— Participate in conferences, meetups, and industry parties, expanding your network.

🚀 Requirements:

— 1+ years of experience in affiliate / Ad Network;

— Ability to find, attract, and retain partners;

— Understanding of popunder, push/inpage, banner, video;

— CPA, CTR, CPL, CPV, CPC, ROI are your working language;

— English for correspondence, calls, and communication with foreign partners;

— Ability to quickly adapt, make decisions, and drive tasks to results.

🔥 Will be a big plus:

— Experience working with gambling / dating / cam / adult / apps verticals;

— Understanding of where to find strong partners;

— Understanding of the adult traffic market and popunder, video pre-roll;
