We are looking for someone who knows how to work with traffic not by 'luck', but through analytics, testing, and results.

If you like finding working setups, improving metrics, and seeing how optimization directly affects profit — we will work well together.

📌 Responsibilities:

— Optimize and scale advertising campaigns;

— Work with gambling, dating, cam/adult, apps, and video pre-roll traffic;

— Analyze CTR, CPM, CPC, CR, ROI, and other KPIs;

— Look for growth points and strengthen working setups;

— Work alongside Media Buyers, Account Managers, and the tech team;

— Test new approaches, creatives, and traffic sources.

🚀 Requirements:

— Experience working with traffic in Ad Network / affiliate / traffic arbitrage;

— Understanding of performance marketing and optimization logic;

— Strong proficiency with metrics and analytics;

— Experience with adult traffic and video pre-roll will be a plus;

— Ability to make quick decisions and work in a team.

🔥 Will be a big plus:

— Experience with push, pop, native;

— Experience working with traffic in Ad Network / affiliate;

— Understanding of gambling / dating / cam / adult / apps verticals;

— Understanding of the market or ideas that can be scaled;
