📝 Description

📌 What you will be doing — Close the full BD cycle: from the first message/contact to a signed contract and going live; — Manage inbound and outbound lead flows (operators, aggregators, platforms, white-label brands); — Build and develop long-term relationships with partners (operators, aggregators, agents); — Maintain transparent deal tracking in the CRM; — Conduct negotiations and correspondence in English; — Work with the CBDO to formulate and propose commercial terms; — Push partners through to the point where integration is complete, games are in the lobby, and the first traffic and revenue results are achieved. 📌 What we expect — 2–3+ years of experience in iGaming (casino / sports betting / game provider / aggregator / affiliate network) in a BD / Sales / Account Growth role; — Understanding of how a game provider’s B2B model works; — Ability to work with both inbound and outbound: conferences, LinkedIn, warm intros, cold outreach; — Strong English (spoken and written, B2+, ideally C1), with skills in business correspondence and negotiation. 📌 We offer — Attendance at international conferences; — Ability to receive salary in crypto, fiat currency, or pegged to it; — Professional growth and development within a provider.
