Sales Manager (Retention)

📋 What you will do

• Manage and retain leads
• Drive repeat deposits (RD)
• Build communication based on lead psychology
• Meet individual performance plans and metrics

• At least 6 months of practical experience in traffic processing
• Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization
• Ability to sell through live dialogue rather than templates
