📋 What you will do
- Configure and program promotional offers within the loyalty platform
- Test campaigns thoroughly and manage scheduling for successful launches
- Set up and manage audience segmentation for targeted Email and SMS communications
- Perform remote testing on integrated systems to ensure functionality
- Maintain and update platform configurations as needed
- Monitor campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights
- Manage and resolve support tickets from clients and end users
- Provide phone support for escalated issues and ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly
