📋 What you will do

  • Configure and program promotional offers within the loyalty platform
  • Test campaigns thoroughly and manage scheduling for successful launches
  • Set up and manage audience segmentation for targeted Email and SMS communications
  • Perform remote testing on integrated systems to ensure functionality
  • Maintain and update platform configurations as needed
  • Monitor campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights
  • Manage and resolve support tickets from clients and end users
  • Provide phone support for escalated issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly

  • PC: Intel i5 8th gen / i3 10th gen / Ryzen 5 with 8 GB RAM minimum
  • Primary (15 Mbps) and backup internet (10 Mbps) capable of power outage work
  • Functioning webcam and noise-canceling USB headset
  • Quiet, dedicated home office space
