📋 What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Managers and Account Executives across Europe
- Hire exceptional talent and build the pipeline of future Klaviyo leaders
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Commercial segment in Europe
- Accurately forecast and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual business performance
- Continuously improve pipeline management, sales process, and team productivity
- Partner closely with Marketing, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, and Enablement teams
- Use data to make decisions, surface trends, and drive accountability across the team
