📋 What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Managers and Account Executives across Europe
  • Hire exceptional talent and build the pipeline of future Klaviyo leaders
  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Commercial segment in Europe
  • Accurately forecast and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual business performance
  • Continuously improve pipeline management, sales process, and team productivity
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, and Enablement teams
  • Use data to make decisions, surface trends, and drive accountability across the team
