📋 What you will do
- Manage strategic relationships with technical partners to drive business growth
- Develop joint go-to-market strategies and increase partner-driven revenue
- Support API integrations and resolve technical issues
- Build expertise in Property Management Systems, Channel Managers, and Central Reservation Systems
- Use data to identify sales growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Enterprise Accounts, and Field Operations
- Educate clients on product updates and relay partner feedback internally
- Run and support troubleshooting processes
- Identify patterns in data and feedback to improve service
- Support the global connectivity roadmap and standards for the Hotels supply team
- Create technical materials, policies, procedures, and presentations
