📋 What you will do

  • Oversee and evolve the marketing tech stack and ensure system integration for GTM
  • Administer HubSpot to identify, score, track, and attribute leads
  • Analyze the performance of marketing channels and campaigns to assess ROI
  • Own marketing performance reporting and funnel reporting
  • Define and maintain data governance, segmentation, and database health
  • Partner with GTM teams to optimize lead handoff and support sales

What we expect

  • 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or RevOps
  • Experience supporting a B2B sales-led company
  • Hands-on experience administering HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, and Default
  • Deep understanding of lead routing, lead-to-account matching, and data orchestration
  • Experience designing automated processes and cross-system integrations
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical workflows
  • Strong analytical skills and systems thinking
  • Direct communication style and discipline in documentation
