📋 What you will do
- Conduct first contact with prospective clients via phone, messengers, and email
- Qualify leads based on budget, needs, and relevance
- Identify client business needs and provide initial consulting on company solutions
- Transfer qualified leads to the sales team
- Support the sales team in preparing commercial proposals and presentations
- Maintain and update the client database in the CRM
- Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality
