📋 What you will do
- Prospect and acquire new clients in the iGaming sector
- Manage the full B2B sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing
- Present company payment solutions to prospective clients
- Build and develop long-term relationships with operators and aggregators
- Conduct online meetings and commercial negotiations
- Collaborate with integration, accounting, compliance, and product teams
- Maintain CRM and manage personal sales pipeline
- Analyze market, competitors, and new business opportunities
- Attend industry conferences and exhibitions (SiGMA, SBC Summit, iGB, ICE)
🛠 Stack and skills
CRM
iGaming payment infrastructure
Russian (native/fluent)
English (Upper-Intermediate)
✅ What we expect
- 2+ years of experience in sales or business development in iGaming, FinTech, or Payments
- Strong understanding of the iGaming market and payment infrastructure in target regions
- Proven B2B sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to independently manage the full client onboarding process
- Excellent presentation and professional communication skills
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset
- Existing network in the iGaming industry (preferred)
- Existing database of operator or partner contacts (preferred)
