📋 What you will do

  • Prospect and acquire new clients in the iGaming sector
  • Manage the full B2B sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing
  • Present company payment solutions to prospective clients
  • Build and develop long-term relationships with operators and aggregators
  • Conduct online meetings and commercial negotiations
  • Collaborate with integration, accounting, compliance, and product teams
  • Maintain CRM and manage personal sales pipeline
  • Analyze market, competitors, and new business opportunities
  • Attend industry conferences and exhibitions (SiGMA, SBC Summit, iGB, ICE)

🛠 Stack and skills

CRM iGaming payment infrastructure Russian (native/fluent) English (Upper-Intermediate)

What we expect

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or business development in iGaming, FinTech, or Payments
  • Strong understanding of the iGaming market and payment infrastructure in target regions
  • Proven B2B sales, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to independently manage the full client onboarding process
  • Excellent presentation and professional communication skills
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset
  • Existing network in the iGaming industry (preferred)
  • Existing database of operator or partner contacts (preferred)
