  • Identify high-potential companies benefiting from Klaviyo's solution
  • Partner with Mid-Market Account Executives to execute prospecting strategies
  • Develop, test, and iterate messaging across channels, industries, and personas
  • Contribute learnings and best practices to the outbound team and processes

What we expect

  • 1+ years of experience, preferably in a BDR role at a MarTech company
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Goal-oriented, self-starter, and detail-oriented mindset

🎁 What we offer

  • Hybrid work model: Dublin, Ireland (3 days per week in-office)
  • Base salary adjusted to local cost of labor
  • Total compensation including annual cash bonus and variable OTE
