  • Lead and develop a high-performing Partner Success and Enablement team
  • Drive go-to-market execution and grow partner revenue
  • Build operational and strategic frameworks to scale the business toward $100M+
  • Own the partner growth playbook from GTM planning through ongoing optimization and escalation management
  • Develop and maintain executive relationships with strategic partners
  • Embed AI tools and workflows into day-to-day operations and decision-making
  • Drive the ideation, creation, and execution of partner enablement frameworks and materials
