We are a rapidly growing FinTech company providing a full-cycle payment infrastructure for online business. Currently, the project is in a phase of active growth and is opening a position for a **Head of Sales** to develop and expand the business.
**What we expect from you:**
⚪️Experience in sales in a similar position (high-risk) of at least 1.5 years.
⚪️Understanding of the market (GEO: CIS, Africa, Turkey).
⚪️English level B1 or higher (participation in conferences and negotiations).
⚪️Experience working with CRM and LinkedIn as a full-fledged sales tool.
⚪️A base of contacts/partners in the CIS market (including direct contacts/C-level).
⚪️Participation in industry-specific conferences.
**What you will be doing:**
⚪️Actively searching for and attracting new merchants from the gambling/betting industry.
⚪️Conducting negotiations, presenting products and services.
⚪️Handling the approval of commercial proposals, signing contracts.
⚪️Monitoring the margin of concluded contracts to ensure deal profitability;
⚪️Onboarding new merchants;
⚪️Hiring and onboarding employees for the department;
⚪️Monitoring departmental results;
⚪️Strategic planning for attracting new merchants.
