Retention Manager

📋 What you will do

• Manage retention processes
• Engage in direct, script-free communication with users
• Handle objections to retain and reactivate users

✅ What we expect

• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience
• Understanding of retention mechanics
• Strong sales skills in dialogue, without using templates
• Experience with Africa or Latin America markets is a plus
