📋 What you will do

  • Achieve sales targets through personal selling in the market and distribution growth
  • Manage the distributor system across front-end and back-end infrastructure
  • Systematically analyze MIS reports to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Negotiate with distributors and develop their teams in customer management
  • Build trade relationships and collect market feedback
  • Analyze the competitive position and improve it through better customer service
  • Monitor distributor and sales team performance and take corrective actions

What we expect

  • Full-time graduation
  • At least 2 years of experience in channel sales
