📋 What you will do
- Achieve sales targets through personal selling in the market and distribution growth
- Manage the distributor system across front-end and back-end infrastructure
- Systematically analyze MIS reports to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
- Negotiate with distributors and develop their teams in customer management
- Build trade relationships and collect market feedback
- Analyze the competitive position and improve it through better customer service
- Monitor distributor and sales team performance and take corrective actions
