📋 What you will do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in Arabic and English if required
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving common issues
  • Identify root causes and guide customers through solutions
  • Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate teams
  • Document all customer interactions in CRM and support systems
  • Track open cases and ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain company quality and communication standards
  • Handle complaints professionally and with empathy
  • Work with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
