📋 What you will do
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in Arabic and English if required
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving common issues
- Identify root causes and guide customers through solutions
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate teams
- Document all customer interactions in CRM and support systems
- Track open cases and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain company quality and communication standards
- Handle complaints professionally and with empathy
- Work with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
