We are looking for a specialist who can build an efficient workflow for the design department, improve creatives, and directly influence the team’s results

📌 What you will do:

• Manage a team of designers (training, task assignment, quality and deadline control);

• Develop and scale creatives for different traffic sources;

• Analyze creative performance together with buyers;

• Generate hypotheses and improve visuals to increase conversion;

• Build and optimize processes within the design department.

📌 Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience managing a team of designers;

• Experience working with multi-geo;

• Understanding of the specifics of investment traffic;

• Deep understanding of creative hypotheses and A/B testing;

• Ability to work with AI generators;

• Creative thinking and a systematic approach.
