📋 What you will do

• Lead the design team
• Train designers, assign tasks, and control quality and deadlines
• Develop and scale creatives for different traffic sources
• Analyze creative performance together with media buyers
• Generate hypotheses and improve visuals to increase conversion
• Build and optimize processes within the design department
