🎬 Video Designer / Motion Creator (Performance)

📋 What you will do

• Create video creatives for Demand Gen, Kayzen, and YouTube
• Generate natural-looking UGC with realistic talking heads
• Hold attention within the first 1–3 seconds
• Adapt creatives for new markets and localizations
• Tune creatives to comply with platform moderation rules

🛠 Stack and skills

✅ What we expect

• Strong editing skills and proficiency with layers and keyframes
• Understanding of short-form video structure and the hook → retention → trigger → CTA flow
• Motion design skills for text, overlays, buttons, and transitions
• Understanding of the finance niche and how to package creatives without getting banned
• Habit of independently monitoring spy services and tracking trends
• Experience with AI tools for video production
