Motion Designer / Video Editor

📋 What you will do

• Produce and test creatives for Google Demand Gen, YouTube, and Kayzen
• Create UGC, Shorts, in-feed, and interstitial videos for Forex, CFD, and Crypto
• Rapidly launch new angles, resize top-performing creatives, and scale hypotheses
• Adapt creatives for different GEOs: Asia, Europe, LATAM

• Understanding of the Hook → Retention → CTA funnel
• Strong exposure to arbitrage creatives
• Habit of monitoring spy tools
• Experience with AI tools
• Ability to quickly assemble UGC and ad videos that look like content
