🎬 Creative Designer (Performance)

📋 What you will do

• Create static and GIF creatives for Demand Gen and Kayzen
• Adapt creatives for new markets
• Adjust creatives to comply with ad platform moderation requirements
• Test and rotate creatives to improve CTR

🛠 Stack and skills

✅ What we expect

• Strong proficiency in Figma and Photoshop
• Ability to create GIF banners
• Understanding of banner composition and visual hierarchy
• Understanding of the finance vertical and moderation constraints
• Ability to independently monitor spy services and spot trends early
• Experience with AI tools for generating and editing visuals
