📋 What you will do
- Collaborate with New Business and Account Management on large, complex RFP responses and pitches
- Build example surveys and deliverable samples or mockups to bring proposed solutions to life
- Support the Sales organization with a goal of helping them to hit and exceed revenue goals
- Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes by incorporating other aytm products and services
- Serve as a wayfinder for prospective client requests, proposing optimal solutions using platform capabilities
- Liaise between Sales and Product/Operations to develop customized subscriptions for Enterprise clients
- Share prospective customer feature requirements with the Product team to help shape roadmaps
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Sales teams and lead training on new product and service offerings
- Work with Product Strategy and Marketing to maintain awareness and understanding of the competitive landscape
