📋 What you will do

  • Support existing and prospective customers on defined social media platforms
  • Monitor and respond to YouTube comments on brand videos
  • Absorb customer trends and sentiment for Support and Marketing management
  • Facilitate online conversations to inspire brand advocacy
  • Manage relationships with brand advocates
  • Monitor and engage in brand-related online conversations
  • Report on online reviews and customer feedback
