Creative Designer

📋 What you will do

• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity for the Air Apps brand
• Create graphics, illustrations, infographics, and layouts for web, social media, email, and print
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Content teams to turn requirements into visual solutions
• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback and user and performance insights
• Conduct design quality assurance across different channels
• Prepare and deliver assets in multiple formats for publication

🛠 Stack and skills

✅ What we expect

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Around 3 years of experience creating assets for digital marketing, social media, and web
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects and styles
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and design best practices
• Strong communication, time-management, and attention to detail skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and across cross-functional teams
• Willingness to work onsite in Lisbon and relocate if needed
