📋 What you will do

  • Act as the primary post-sale point of contact for insurer and wealth management partners
  • Lead onboarding and implementation workstreams
  • Drive product adoption and utilisation
  • Run a disciplined cadence of client engagement including QBRs and EBRs
  • Build and maintain living account plans
  • Use data to identify risks and lead the design of targeted solutions
  • Partner with Product, Care, Marketing, and Sales teams
  • Shape the UK success playbook and scalable processes

B2B/B2B2C enterprise software Project management methodologies Data-driven decision making English language (professional proficiency)

What we expect

  • 4+ years of experience managing B2B or B2B2C enterprise accounts in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Strong programme and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven track record of building strong client relationships
