📋 What you will do

  • Develop BU marketing strategy and roadmap from commercial brief to prioritized plan
  • Manage pipeline and demand generation including acquisition plans and channel performance
  • Oversee lifecycle and retention programs alongside Customer Success
  • Track performance reporting, conversion, and retention impact against company-wide metrics
  • Provide day-to-day direction, coaching, and line management for two Marketing Coordinators
