📋 What you will do
- Lead the People & Culture strategy and workforce planning
- Strengthen organisational culture, engagement, and leadership capability
- Partner with leaders through organisational change and transformation
- Build contemporary people systems, frameworks, and processes
- Lead employee and industrial relations matters
- Support workforce capability, retention, and succession planning
- Drive psychosocial safety, wellbeing, and trauma-informed practice
- Oversee organisational development initiatives, remuneration frameworks, and workforce planning
- Provide strategic workforce advice and insights to the Executive and Board
✅ What we expect
- Significant experience in senior People & Culture or HR leadership roles
- Strong expertise in organisational development, workforce planning, and change management
- Sound knowledge of Australian employment law, industrial relations, and compliance frameworks
- Experience building or strengthening people systems, frameworks, and processes
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Strong resilience, judgement, and emotional intelligence
- Experience working in a complex and changing environment
