Application Support Specialist

📋 What you will do

• Provide second-level support for enterprise applications and systems
• Diagnose and resolve incidents in collaboration with vendors and internal teams
• Install and update client and server software, including service packs
• Configure and deploy POS devices and related software
• Maintain application documentation, workflows, and software asset records
• Support business process improvement initiatives through application configuration and optimization
• Train end users on updated and newly implemented systems
• Mentor junior team members and share expertise

🛠 Stack and skills

✅ What we expect

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or a business-related discipline, or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience in ERP/business application support or IT support
• Experience in application management and business process optimization
• Strong command of enterprise Windows environments and Microsoft infrastructure
• Experience supporting ERP/accounting systems, including Sage
