FD/RD Manager for a Forex Project

📋 What you will do

• Handle inbound Forex traffic for LATAM GEOs
• Close leads on first deposits
• Bring clients to repeat deposits
• Manage messaging, warming up, and closing in Chatter
• Identify client motivation and guide them to action
• Handle objections, fears, and doubts from clients
• Maintain conversion, average check, and KPI delivery
• Manage clients systematically without losing hot leads

✅ What we expect

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or lead handling
• Experience in high-risk verticals will be a strong plus
• Understanding of FD/RD logic
• Ability to sell via messaging
• Readiness to work with a LATAM audience
• Discipline, fast response time, and availability during working hours
