📝 Description

We are building an aggressive, high-converting funnel for Forex traffic in international GEOs and are looking for a strong FD/RD Manager who can not just “communicate with leads,” but close people for deposits, push them to repeat deposits, and work for results.
We need someone who understands high-risk, can quickly establish contact, warm up the client, handle objections, and bring the conversation to money.
📌 What you will be doing
— Process incoming Forex traffic for LATAM GEO;
— Close leads for FD — first deposit;
— Lead clients to RD — repeat deposits;
— Work in Chatter: messaging, warm-up, follow-up, support;
— Identify client motivation and guide them properly toward action;
— Handle objections, fears, and doubts of the audience;
— Maintain conversion, average check, and KPI achievement;
— Manage clients systematically, without burning the database or losing hot leads.
📌 What we expect
— 1+ year of experience in sales / lead processing;
— Experience with Forex, crypto, investments, BO, iGaming, nutra, or other high-risk verticals will be a big plus;
— Understanding of FD/RD logic and working with deposits;
— Ability to sell through messaging, not just reply to messages;
— Readiness to work with a LATAM audience;
— Discipline, fast response time, and ability to stay in touch during working hours.
