📋 What you will do

  • Own the post-sales relationship for a portfolio of enterprise customers
  • Drive measurable business outcomes and long-term value realization for customers
  • Guide customers from onboarding to deep, measurable adoption of Box
  • Help public sector organizations reimagine content management and workflow automation
  • Identify high-impact use cases, design AI workflows, and deliver results
  • Work with agency teams at all levels, including IT administrators and leadership
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering
  • Serve as the voice of the public sector customer inside Box
