📋 What you will do
- Own the post-sales relationship for a portfolio of enterprise customers
- Drive measurable business outcomes and long-term value realization for customers
- Guide customers from onboarding to deep, measurable adoption of Box
- Help public sector organizations reimagine content management and workflow automation
- Identify high-impact use cases, design AI workflows, and deliver results
- Work with agency teams at all levels, including IT administrators and leadership
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering
- Serve as the voice of the public sector customer inside Box
