📋 What you will do
- Manage the sales team and drive its performance
- Maintain a personal client portfolio and meet individual sales targets
- Conduct complex negotiations and manage key deals
- Train and mentor sales managers, sharing best practices
- Build and optimize sales processes, implementing a systematic approach
- Analyze department results and propose efficiency improvements
- Develop sales in CIS markets, with expansion plans for Asia, India, and LATAM

English for business negotiations
✅ What we expect
- 5+ years of experience in sales management within Fintech or high-risk sectors
- Proven track record in B2B sales and client base development
- In-depth understanding of payment infrastructure and risk management
- Existing professional network/contact base
- Experience in launching or scaling sales functions
- Must be located outside of Russia
