📋 What you will do

  • Manage the sales team and drive its performance
  • Maintain a personal client portfolio and meet individual sales targets
  • Conduct complex negotiations and manage key deals
  • Train and mentor sales managers, sharing best practices
  • Build and optimize sales processes, implementing a systematic approach
  • Analyze department results and propose efficiency improvements
  • Develop sales in CIS markets, with expansion plans for Asia, India, and LATAM

🛠 Stack and skills

Fintech, payment solutions, PSP, APM High-risk industries English for business negotiations

What we expect

  • 5+ years of experience in sales management within Fintech or high-risk sectors
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and client base development
  • In-depth understanding of payment infrastructure and risk management
  • Existing professional network/contact base
  • Experience in launching or scaling sales functions
  • Must be located outside of Russia
