**BizDev / Partnership Manager (SEO)**
Hi!
We are a fast-growing SEO company in the iGaming niche. 7 years on the market, 140+ people on the team, x2 headcount growth every year. We work with major advertisers worldwide. A fully remote, distributed team. We are looking for an experienced BDM (SEO)
📌**What you’ll be doing**:**
**
— Work with the existing advertiser base — develop and retain relationships
— Negotiate and close deals for SEO traffic (CPA, RevShare and other models)
— Rotate brands on project showcases, monitor conversion
— Reconcile and ensure timely payments from advertisers
— Find and onboard new advertisers, expand the partner base
— Test new products (weekly brand rotation across projects)
— Take part in industry conferences
— Cooperate with SEO teams when launching new projects
📌**What matters to us:**
— 2+ years of experience in BizDev / Partnership / Affiliate in the iGaming niche
— Experience working specifically with SEO traffic — understanding the specifics and metrics (FTD, CPA, RevShare)
— Experience negotiating deals with advertisers for SEO
— Understanding of reconciliations, payouts, and financial control
— Russian and English
📌**Will be a plus**:
— Experience in large iGaming SEO teams
— A developed advertiser base
— Experience attending and networking at industry conferences
