📋 What you will do

  • Develop and scale customer advocacy and engagement programs
  • Create customer stories, case studies, testimonials, win wires, and milestone announcements
  • Collaborate with APM, CS, Sales, Product Marketing, and leadership to identify strong customer stories
  • Track and celebrate key customer achievements, turning them into narratives
  • Build a roster of customer champions for reference calls, events, webinars, and co-marketing
  • Support upsell, cross-sell, and retention campaigns with customer-facing content
  • Track engagement and measure customer marketing impact on retention, advocacy, and pipeline influence

What we expect
