📋 What you will do
- Develop and scale customer advocacy and engagement programs
- Create customer stories, case studies, testimonials, win wires, and milestone announcements
- Collaborate with APM, CS, Sales, Product Marketing, and leadership to identify strong customer stories
- Track and celebrate key customer achievements, turning them into narratives
- Build a roster of customer champions for reference calls, events, webinars, and co-marketing
- Support upsell, cross-sell, and retention campaigns with customer-facing content
- Track engagement and measure customer marketing impact on retention, advocacy, and pipeline influence
