📋 What you will do
- Lead a growth marketing team across paid, demand generation, email/CRM, and social
- Build and scale demand generation through Google Search, LinkedIn, X, organic, and account-based initiatives
- Develop email and lifecycle marketing for nurture, re-engagement, and expansion
- Grow content and social as channels that drive pipeline and revenue
- Improve web performance and site content in partnership with the Creative lead
- Own attribution and marketing performance analytics with the Data/GTM Tech team
- Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and the broader marketing organization
