Team Lead of the RD Department | Binary Options We are the TBC team working in influencer and scheme traffic. We are looking for an experienced Team Lead of the RD department to strengthen the funnel and increase checks on repeat deposits. What we expect from you: ⁃ Experience handling traffic for RD personally for 1–1.5 years. ⁃ Experience as a Team Lead of an RD department for at least six months in the binary options vertical ⁃ Full understanding of how to build sales funnels for RD ⁃ Experience managing a team of 5+ people (control, delegation, motivation) ⁃ Punctuality, initiative, adequacy Will be a plus: ⁃ Experience working with Tier-3 GEOs: India, Africa What you will be doing: ⁃ Managing and controlling the work of RD managers ⁃ Improving and optimizing the RD sales funnel ⁃ Participating in interviews and onboarding new employees.
