📝 Description

We are looking for someone who will be the first point of contact for new clients: handling inbound leads, helping them choose the right type of proxy for their task, and guiding them to the first payment. In addition — native work in Telegram chats and forums (arbitrage, crypto, SEO, gambling), onboarding new clients, and developing the referral program. 📌 Responsibilities — Promptly process new contacts (Telegram, online chat, email); Qualify leads: understand the use case, budget, urgency; Explain the difference between proxy types (Residential, Mobile, ISP) for the client’s specific task; Manage communication through to the first payment by solving the client’s task; — Monitor chats/forums related to arbitrage, crypto, SEO, gambling, eCommerce where proxies are discussed; Provide native answers to questions about proxies — without direct advertising, through expertise; Reach out to warm leads and move the conversation to private messages; — Personal contact with each client during the first 48 hours after payment; Help with setup and first use of proxies; Follow up after 7 days — whether the client is satisfied and has any questions; Suggest increasing volume if the client is actively using traffic; — Actively offer the referral program to every loyal client; Track and reward the most active clients; Collect reviews and case studies for use in marketing; — Regular reporting: number of leads, conversion rate, average order value, top objections; Share reasons for refusals and client churn; Suggest product improvements based on real feedback. 📌 What we expect — Experience in sales or customer service in IT, SaaS, crypto, or traffic arbitrage; — Understanding of what proxies are and their areas of application; — Ability to connect with any clients and explain technical things in simple language; — Experience working in Telegram chats related to arbitrage, crypto, SEO; — Understanding of use cases: scraping, multi-accounting, Facebook Ads, price parsing; — Confident written English for working with international clients; — Experience in the proxy niche or related products (VPN, antidetect browsers). 📌 We offer — Fully remote work — from anywhere in the world; — Work in a niche with real demand (proxies, arbitrage, crypto); — Opportunity to grow quickly — the role is close to the product and the team; — Direct contact with the founder/team, no bureaucracy; — Bonuses for exceeding the plan / % of sales.
