📋 What you will do

  • Audit user communications and CRM processes
  • Build the CRM and retention function from scratch
  • Develop communication strategies for different user segments
  • Create and launch email, push, and other retention journeys
  • Develop user retention, reactivation, and win-back mechanics
  • Work on audience segmentation and communication personalization
  • Analyze CRM performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Build and lead an in-house team for retention as a separate function

What we expect

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM Marketing or Retention Marketing
  • Experience in Poker, Casino, Betting, or other iGaming verticals
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Understanding of retention mechanics and the user lifecycle
  • Experience building CRM processes and communication scenarios independently
  • Hands-on experience with audience segmentation and communication personalization
  • Understanding of the technical side of CRM tools and processes
  • Ability to build processes independently and take ownership of results
