📋 What you will do
- Audit user communications and CRM processes
- Build the CRM and retention function from scratch
- Develop communication strategies for different user segments
- Create and launch email, push, and other retention journeys
- Develop user retention, reactivation, and win-back mechanics
- Work on audience segmentation and communication personalization
- Analyze CRM performance and identify growth opportunities
- Build and lead an in-house team for retention as a separate function

✅ What we expect
- 3+ years of experience in CRM Marketing or Retention Marketing
- Experience in Poker, Casino, Betting, or other iGaming verticals
- Strong written and spoken English
- Understanding of retention mechanics and the user lifecycle
- Experience building CRM processes and communication scenarios independently
- Hands-on experience with audience segmentation and communication personalization
- Understanding of the technical side of CRM tools and processes
- Ability to build processes independently and take ownership of results
