🚀We are Rocket Project — looking for a talented Retention Manager ready to build their own unique player retention strategy. Read the description quickly and join us!

♦️Responsibilities: 

- Developing and implementing player retention strategies based on segmentation and behavior analysis;

- Setting up and launching automated CRM campaigns; 

- Developing and managing loyalty programs, cashback, and personalized bonuses; 

- A/B testing of communications, offers, and trigger chains;

- Preparing reports on the effectiveness of retention activities. 

♦️What is important to us: 

- 2+ years of experience in player retention in iGaming or related niches; 

- Experience on the game provider side;

- Experience with CRM systems and marketing platforms;

- Experience with email marketing services;

- Understanding of unit economics and cohort analysis principles; 

- Basic SQL knowledge for segmentation and data export (preferred).
