  • Develop and implement player retention strategies based on segmentation and behavioral analysis
  • Set up and launch automated CRM campaigns
  • Develop and manage loyalty, cashback, and personalized bonus programs
  • Run A/B tests for communications, offers, and trigger journeys
  • Prepare reports on the effectiveness of retention activities

What we expect

  • 2+ years of player retention experience in iGaming or adjacent verticals
