- Communicate with users in chat regarding incoming issues
- Present the product and its features
- Inform users about request status and help resolve technical issues
- Maintain reporting
✅ What we expect
- At least 1 year of experience in iGaming support
- Experience in B2C product support
- Understanding of different GEOs and their specifics
- Experience working with Turkey is a plus
