📋 What you will do

• Search for and acquire new webmasters and partners
• Develop and maintain the existing affiliate base
• Negotiate and build long-term partnerships
• Analyze affiliate traffic performance in collaboration with the analytics team
• Meet targets for affiliate network development and traffic growth
• Participate in industry conferences and events

• Senior Affiliate Manager experience
• Expertise in the Gambling / iGaming niche
• Deep understanding of the RU / CIS market
