Affiliate Team Lead

📋 What you will do

• Build long-term relationships with traffic providers and develop a strong affiliate network
• Attract new partners via PPC, SEO, Facebook, ASO, UAC, In-app, SMS, and e-mail channels
• Evaluate traffic performance and monitor KPI achievement
• Analyze data and optimize campaigns to drive ROI growth
• Verify and analyze affiliate payouts
• Collaborate with internal teams to prevent fraud
• Publish content in leading industry publications

✅ What we expect

• 3+ years of experience in iGaming affiliate marketing
• 1+ years of experience in a management role
• Required experience working on the advertiser side with own brands
• Focus on Tier-1 markets
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills, flexibility
• Readiness for a strategic role and department development
