Senior Business Analyst with Honest Sign experience

📋 What you will do

• Support project activities for Honest Sign and traceability systems
• Gather business and functional requirements
• Describe and analyze AS-IS processes in BPMN
• Design TO-BE processes in line with business requirements and legislation
• Identify and eliminate process bottlenecks
• Support the rollout of new functionality
• Develop policies, regulations, and instructions

• Higher education degree
• Senior-level analytics experience of 5+ years
• Knowledge of legislation in mandatory product labeling
• Experience in logistics, retail, or transport companies of 3+ years
• Proven track record in optimizing and documenting business processes
• Skills in AS-IS process description and analysis
• Skills in TO-BE process design
• Ability to identify and remove process bottlenecks
• Experience supporting the rollout of new functionality
• Experience preparing policies, regulations, and instructions
• Strict compliance with all requirements
