📋 What you will do
- Translate customer analytics into actionable marketing strategies for acquisition and engagement
- Connect end-to-end strategy from segmentation and positioning through execution
- Balance customer needs, marketing strategy, and contractual commitments across stakeholders
- Own end-to-end GTM strategy including positioning, segmentation, messaging, and measurement
- Develop repeatable frameworks that improve execution, efficiency, and consistency
- Partner across Product, Sales, Partnerships, and Analytics to ensure execution
- Engage leadership appropriately while independently driving progress

✅ What we expect
- 7–10+ years of experience in product marketing or similar roles, ideally in fintech or payments

- Experience building scalable systems or frameworks for marketing execution
- Comfort operating in ambiguity with a proactive mindset
