📋 What you will do

  • Translate customer analytics into actionable marketing strategies for acquisition and engagement
  • Connect end-to-end strategy from segmentation and positioning through execution
  • Balance customer needs, marketing strategy, and contractual commitments across stakeholders
  • Own end-to-end GTM strategy including positioning, segmentation, messaging, and measurement
  • Develop repeatable frameworks that improve execution, efficiency, and consistency
  • Partner across Product, Sales, Partnerships, and Analytics to ensure execution
  • Engage leadership appropriately while independently driving progress

What we expect

  • 7–10+ years of experience in product marketing or similar roles, ideally in fintech or payments
  • Proven ability to translate customer data into strategies driving measurable outcomes
  • Track record of influencing cross-functional teams and driving alignment
  • Strong prioritization skills across multiple stakeholders
  • Experience building scalable systems or frameworks for marketing execution
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity with a proactive mindset
  • Strong executive presence and ability
