📋 What you will do
- Own the global bank relationship book as a portfolio
- Execute relationship strategy across G-SIBs and regional banks for operating and custody bank stack
- Sequence partnership asks, manage escalations, and source new partners
- Serve as HQ's senior banking voice for the founder and C-Suite
- Host visiting bank executives and draft narratives for the board and risk committees
- Translate structural and cultural differences in risk appetite and compliance to unblock issues
- Coordinate strategic banking workstreams with product and regional teams
🛠 Stack and skills
Experience with G-SIBs and regional banks
Operating and custody banking stacks
Crypto exchange and wallet ecosystem knowledge
Banking risk appetite, compliance, and control frameworks
Business development for financial institutions
