Product Manager / Director, Global Payment Partnerships ✓

📋 What you will do

• Lead and manage global fiat payment channels, including payment gateways, settlement partners, banks, and local PSPs
• Build and optimize on/off-ramp systems to ensure stability, security, and compliance across regions
• Drive negotiations, contracting, and technical integrations with global payment partners
• Manage the full onboarding cycle of fiat on/off-ramp vendors for a crypto exchange, from requirements analysis to integration, testing, and launch
• Monitor global payment regulations and market trends, and provide strategic insights and risk assessments
• Collaborate with Product, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure seamless and compliant payment operations
• Analyze payment metrics and identify opportunities to improve conversion, reduce costs, and enhance user experience

🛠 Stack and skills

✅ What we expect

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, International Business, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in the payments industry
• Deep understanding of global payment ecosystems and key channels
• Experience integrating fiat on/off-ramp vendors for crypto exchanges or cross-border financial institutions
• Knowledge of payment processing, settlement flows, and compliance frameworks
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to lead complex integration projects
