Position: **Head of Affiliate** (iGaming)

We are looking for a strong Head of Affiliate for an international gaming project, who knows how to scale traffic, develop an affiliate network, and build a growth strategy.

📌 **Tasks:**
— Development and implementation of affiliate strategy
— Scaling traffic and launching new GEOs
— Team and KPI management
— Working with partners (webmasters, traffic arbitrageurs, influencers)
— Traffic analysis and anti-fraud

🛠 **What is important to us:**
— 2+ years of experience as a Head of Affiliate in iGaming
— Case studies of scaling and entering new markets
— CPA / RevShare / Hybrid
— Strong negotiation skills and team management
