Community & Partner Engagement Manager ✓

📋 What you will do

• Own day-to-day engagement across external community platforms
• Participate in conversations, answer questions, and maintain brand presence
• Build workflows to triage, categorize, and route feedback to internal teams
• Capture and structure inbound community input across channels
• Use lightweight automation and AI tools to improve tagging, monitoring, and routing
• Support affiliate and referral programs in partnership with the Performance Marketing Manager
• Lead discovery, onboarding, and activation of new affiliate and partner accounts
• Maintain ongoing partner engagement and turn external signals into actionable insights
