Head of Affiliates iGaming

📋 What you will do

• Develop and implement affiliate strategy for the casino vertical
• Expand traffic acquisition in CIS markets
• Source, onboard, and develop new affiliate partners
• Manage existing affiliate partner database
• Test new channels, formats, and affiliate activities
• Negotiate with major partners, webmasters, teams, and networks
• Monitor traffic quality, volume, and performance
• Analyze FTDs, deposits, retention, and other key performance indicators
• Design KPI system and motivation structures for the affiliate team
• Configure and optimize internal processes
• Recruit and mentor the team as the department scales

🛠 Stack and skills

✅ What we expect

• 1-2+ years of experience as Head of Affiliates in an iGaming product
• Deep understanding of affiliate traffic acquisition in CIS markets
• Active personal database of partners and webmasters
• Ability to independently build the department and take ownership of results
• Strong negotiation and management skills
